Really excited to share my first Thriller Book Haul…well, my first online at least. If you took a look at my home library, you’d know that this isn’t the first time I’ve purchased a bunch of great new-to-me thriller books to read.
“Wait, Wilderness Survival Thrillers? Is that even a thing?” Yes it is and yes, I love them. In fact, I’m always on the lookout for new books to read in this category so if you write or have read something you love in this genre, please recommend it to me via Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
Do you ever pick up a thriller novel and just know you’re going to love it? That’s what happened to me recently. I was browsing at the library looking for a copy of Jane Harper’s, The Lost Man. I’m a big fan of Ms. Harper’s, as you might remember from this post and this Thriller Book Recommendation segment.
Really looking forward to sharing two new thriller books with you guys! Before I dive in I wanted to let you know about a new group I’m creating via social media: #thrillerbooktribe. If you’re creating a new blog post, tweet, Instagram post or anything else online that you think other thriller readers would enjoy, please use the tag. I hope it will bring together like-minded readers so that we can better spread the word on great thriller novels.
I’m excited to announce the release of my latest thriller novel, Silence in the Woods. This is the second in a new series I’m writing called, “Monsters in the Green Mountains”. The series explores the darker side of the idyllic Vermont landscape, one that is dotted with Bigfoot, giant snakes, demonic dolls, man-eating bats and other folkloric tales.
Reading thriller books can be such a captivating experience. When you’re “down deep” into the book, coming out of it and back to reality is disconcerting at best, nearly paralyzing at worst. I’m excited to offer two new thriller book recommendations to you, along with the third “bonus” suspense recommendation…just for fun.
I hope you’re looking for some great new suspense books to read. If so, I have some fantastic thriller book recommendations for you! Darcy Coates and Paul Doiron were both new-to-me authors, and I’m definitely looking forward to reading more by both of them.
